Frequently asked questions
Which file types can I upload?
Digital PDF statements, scanned PDFs and images (PNG, JPG, WebP) up to 20 MB each. You can drop several files at once.
How accurate is the conversion?
Digital PDFs are typically extracted with very high accuracy. Every conversion runs a running-balance check against the balances printed on the statement and highlights any row that doesn't tie, so you can verify before exporting.
Which banks are supported?
Any bank or card issuer. SheetStatement doesn't rely on fixed templates, so it works with large US banks, credit unions, UK and Canadian banks, and international statements.
What does the free plan include?
3 pages per month. You can convert full statements and preview the first 10 transactions; upgrading unlocks every row and all export formats.
What counts as a page?
Each page of an uploaded PDF counts as one page. An image upload counts as one page.
Is my financial data safe?
Files travel over HTTPS, are stored in an access-controlled database, are never sold and are not used to train AI models. You can delete any statement at any time.
Can I import the results into QuickBooks or Xero?
Yes. Paid plans export QBO (QuickBooks Web Connect), IIF (QuickBooks Desktop) and Xero CSV, as well as Excel, CSV and JSON.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are monthly and can be cancelled from the billing portal; you keep access until the end of the period.
