Convert PNC statements to Excel, CSV, QuickBooks & Xero
PNC Virtual Wallet statements bundle Spend, Reserve and Growth accounts into a single PDF, each with its own activity detail and balances.
How PNC statements are handled
Because three accounts may share one file, SheetStatement reads the account heading for each block. Review the extracted account number after upload and, if you only need the Spend account, delete the other rows in the table before exporting.
Tips for PNC Virtual Wallet and business checking statements
- Online transfers between Spend and Reserve appear on both sides; categorize them as Transfer to keep reports clean.
- PNC prints deposits and deductions as separate sections with totals—our reconciliation uses those totals as a cross-check.
- Business statements with lockbox deposits are supported.
Step by step
- In PNC Online Banking go to Account Services, Statements, then select and download the PDF.
- Upload the PDF to SheetStatement.
- Review the balance-checked table and export to Excel, CSV, QBO or Xero.
