Convert Discover statements to Excel, CSV, QuickBooks & Xero

How Discover statements are handled
Cashback Match and cashback redemptions appear as credits. They are kept as separate rows so you can decide whether they count as income or as a reduction of expenses in your books.
Tips for Discover Discover it credit cards and Discover Bank accounts statements
- Discover Bank checking and savings statements are also supported.
- Rotating 5% category info is not a transaction and is ignored.
- Export to Xero CSV for a credit card account in Xero—purchases import as negative amounts.
Step by step
- Go to discover.com, choose Statements, select the billing period and download the PDF.
- Upload the PDF to SheetStatement.
- Review the balance-checked table and export to Excel, CSV, QBO or Xero.
